The Sefton Plaza Shopping Centre is a sub-regional centre, constructed in 1974, and substantially extended in 1987. The Centre is prominently located on a main thoroughfare into and out of Adelaide City.

The Centre is anchored by a Target discount department store, a Foodland supermarket, a Best and Less discount variety store and Chemist Warehouse, with some 30 specialty shops and kiosks.

A separate building at the north-eastern corner of the site known as “Sefton Park Shops” was constructed in 1986 and was effectively linked to the main Centre with the addition of a further six retail tenancies.

There is car parking for approx. 380 cars and the Centre offers 12,537sqm of Gross Lettable Area.
